We appreciated your first purchase with us so we are going to make it easy to upgrade second time around.

We'll take back your good condition, used pillow cover and give you a massive discount towards a new one.

Trade in your Good Condition Decor' or Nursery Friendly Cover and receive 40% Off any new cover.

Trade in your Good Condition Polar Fleece Cover and receive 30% Off any new cover (including Decor' and Nursery Friendly).

Note:  Trade in will be for  outer cover only and will not include inner or beans - these items can be purchased separately.

Here is how it works:

Send us your Good Condition BabyBaby Feeding Pillow Cover.

Pillow covers must be freshly washed, contain no rips or stains.  Zip must work.  Empty of all beans.  Do not send the inner which is used to contain the beans (you will need this for your new cover). Pillow covers must be BabyBaby Brand.  If you are unsure if yours is our brand take a picture and email it to sales@babybaby.co.nz  with 'trade in' in the subject line.

Include your name, address, phone number and email address in the parcel.

Post to:  BabyBaby Trade In, P O Box 12156, Ahuriri, Napier, 4110, New Zealand.

Send us an email to tell us it is on its way sales@babybaby.co.nz with 'Trade In'  in the subject line.

Once we receive your pillow cover we will inspect it and email you a discount code to order your new pillow cover.  You will receive your code within 24 hours of us receiving your old cover and your new cover will be sent within 24 hours of order and payment received.

We do have the right to refuse a trade in.  If the cover you send us is in poor condition and does not fit within our guidelines we will return it to you so before you send it - check it.
