How do I make a purchase? To purchase any product, use the convenient "Buy Now" link to add the product to the shopping cart, and then click on the "Shopping cart" link at the top of each page to complete your purchase. How can I pay for my purchase? At BabyBaby we endeavor to make paying for your purchase as easy as possible which is why we give you a choice of payment options. You can choose from: * Pay Pal (our preferred payment method). PLEASE NOTE: Pay Pal will process your credit card without you requiring a paypal account. * Directly into our account - details will be provided upon completion of your online order, when you select direct debit as your payment option. How long will my purchase take to arrive? All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. For credit card payments and direct deposits allow 24 hours to clear. New Zealand orders will take 1-4 business days after payment confirmation. International orders will take approx 10 business days after payment confirmation. What currency will I be charged in? All prices are New Zealand dollars. Find a currency converter Here International orders do not get charged GST so prices will be less 15%. This is a gift: will you attach a card to my order? Yes, in the 'special instructions' section of the online order form you may add your message for a card. Please also state that this is a gift. We will email you the invoice rather than it going to the recipient . Please include the recipient in the 'Shipping' address section of the online order form and your own details in the 'Billing' section of the online order form. Can you gift wrap my gift? Certainly, if you would like your purchase gift wrapped please state so in the 'special instructions' section of our online order form. There is no extra charge for gift wrapping. Can I purchase a gift certificate? Absolutely. You can purchase gift certificates in denominations of $25.00 and $50.00. We package these in a gift box and will send free to any address worldwide. When purchasing choose "Gift Certificate' as your shipping option. If you are purchasing other goods to be delivered to the same address standard shipping applies. What if my order arrives damaged or I receive an incorrect item. If your item has arrived damaged or faulty or we have sent you a different item from what you ordered please; * Contact BabyBaby to arrange a return or exchange of goods. We will send a courier to collect the item to be returned and will replace that item. * All returned goods must be accompanied by original receipt, balance owing (for exchanged goods) and the unused/damaged portion of the product in the original container. * Goods must be well packaged to avoid further damage during transit. * Returns accepted by BabyBaby will be refunded, exchanged or replaced within one - five working days. * The cost of freighting the products to the customer in the first instance will only be refunded if product has been returned because it is faulty and a credit has been requested. Freight will not be refunded if customer has changed their mind or if they exchange their product. Warranty BabyBaby warrants the quality of its products and will gladly exchange any damaged or defective items.
